WESTON, Mass. – The Saint Joseph's College men's and women's track & field program participated in the Regis Pride Classic on Sunday.
THE RUNDOWN – MEN:
- Freshman Jamie Carlson (Jericho, Vt.) was fourth in the discus (35.10) and sixth in the javelin throw (43.14m)
- Senior Joe DiSalvo (Derry, N.H.) finished fifth in the 3000-Meter steeplechase (10:42.80)
- The Monks' 4x100-Meter relay placed second with a 48.66 effort
- Freshman Christien Morneweck (Burlington, Mass.) was second in the high jump (1.93m), fifth in the long jump (5.82m) and also placed 24th in the 200-Meter (25.38)
- Freshman Reid Duglenski was eighth in the high jump (1.58m), 12th in the long jump (5.38m) and 32nd in the 200-Meter (26.74)
- Junior Billy Brooks (Cape Elizabeth, Maine) placed 10th in the 400-Meter (54.02), 12th in the 100-Meter (12.40) and 13th in the 200-Meter (23.98)
- Michael Scala finished 15th in the 200-Meter (24.31), 16th in the 100-Meter (12.75)
- Junior Matthew DiBiase (South Portland, Maine) was 14th in the javelin throw (37.12m), 18th in the 100-Meter (12.86) and 31st in the 200-Meter (26.57)
- Junior Taidghe Hagan (Reading, Mass.) placed 18th in the 1500-Meter (4:32.91)
- Junior Connor Dufour (Augusta, Maine) finished 19th in the 400-Meter (1:05.72)
THE RUNDOWN – WOMEN:
- Senior Amber Dostie (Standish, Maine) won the 3000-Meter steeplechase (11:32.70)
- Freshman Norma Waggett (Saugus, Mass.) finished as the runner-up in the high jump (1.42m) and was eighth in the javelin throw (24.36m)
- Kyrie Harnden was seventh in the 400-Meter (1:13.59), 15th in the 100-Meter (15.89) and 24th in the 200-Meter (32.30)
- Jill Keimach was 19th in the 100-Meter (17.45) and 28th in the 200-Meter (34.86)
