2022 Men's & Women's Cross Country Schedules Released

STANDISH, Maine – The 2022 Saint Joseph's College men's and women's cross country schedules have been announced. Under the watch of Head Coach Tom Dann, the Monks will compete in 10 races this fall.

St. Joe's kicks off the season with a race hosted by the University of Southern Maine at Narragansett Field in Gorham on Thursday. Two days later, the Monks head to New London, New Hampshire to compete in the Charger Invitational, hosted by conference-rival Colby-Sawyer College.

Saint Joseph's races on the road on each of the following three Saturdays during the month of September, with events at University of New England (Sep. 10), UMass.-Dartmouth (Sep. 17), and Bowdoin College (Sep. 24).

After running in the Maine State Championship, hosted by Husson University on October 1st, St. Joe's hosts their annual home race – the Runnin' Monks Invitational – on Saturday, October 8th. For the first time in many years, the SJC course will have a new look as the start/finish line has moved to the track & field throwing area at the SJC Athletics Complex.

The Monks hit the trails at Connecticut College on October 15th and take a two-week break before hosting the 2022 Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Championship on Saturday, October 29th.

Saint Joseph's closes out the 2022 campaign with an appearance in the 2022 NCAA DIII East Regional Championship, hosted by Bowdoin College, on November 12th.
