Travis continues on the Monks staff as an assistant coach after several years of leading the Windham High School softball program. Travis also has led the New England Elite Softball program for the past three years after leading the Southern Maine River Rats USA Softball travel program to great success for four years. In his four seasons at Windham, his teams compiled a 48-27 record with four straight playoff appearances after a seven-year playoff drought. Prior to coaching at WHS, Travis was the head coach at Windham Middle School and spent several seasons coaching at the Little League level.

Travis graduated from Bangor High School prior to joining the Navy where he served ten years while also obtaining both his Bachelor's degree in Accounting and his Masters in Business Administration through Strayer University. Travis currently is a Supervisory Contracting Officer for the US Navy and works at the Supervisor of Shipbuilding in Bath, Maine.  Travis, his wife Michelle, and their three kids (Megan, Terrianne, and Jacob) reside in Windham.
