AUBURN, Maine – Saint Joseph's College placed fourth with a 3:49.10 composite time in a slalom event at Lost Valley on Saturday.
UMaine-Farmington won the event with a 3:11.27 time while Bowdoin College finished second (3:16.50), and UMaine-Orono placed third (3:18.84). Colby College's Katie Queally was the top individual with a 1:01.02 (30.13, 30.89) aggregate time.
THE RUNDOWN:
- Freshman Annie Cerminaro (Unityville, Pa.) placed 20th (1:11.13) after finishing 33rd (39.77) on the first run and fourth (31.36) on the second run
- Freshman Tucker Davis (South Berwick, Maine) placed 20th (1:23.49) with a 33.98 time on the first run and a 49.51 effort on the second leg
- Sophomore Sarah Hotchkiss (New Durham, N.H.) posted a 23rd-place finish (1:11.81) with a 36.32 time on the first leg and a 35.49 effort on the second leg
- Freshman Sarah Lachance (Auburn, Maine) finished 34th (1:26.16) with a 35.99 performance on the first run and a 50.17 time on the second run
- Freshman Jillian Luby (Wolfeboro, N.H.) was 36th (1:30.91) after placing seventh (32.47) on the first leg and 40th (58.44) on the second leg
