2022: Played in nine games with four starts as a freshman goalkeeper…posted a 4-0 record with a 4.36 GAA and .448 save percentage…made 13 saves and yielded 16 goals in 220 minutes…started the Monks’ first game of the year and made a pair of saves in 30 minutes to pick up the win over Maine Maritime on February 19th…made four saves with three goals allowed in 24:45 at University of Saint Joseph on March 19th…turned away three shots with two goals allowed in 21:44 versus Albertus Magnus College on April 23rd.
Why Saint Joseph's? I decided to attend Saint Joseph's College to be a part of the welcoming community and for the good mix of academic and athletic opportunities.
High School: Played lacrosse, ice hockey, and field hockey at Holliston High School…named as the 2020 Holliston High School Female Athlete of the Year…selected as a lacrosse team captain her senior year…earned 2021 TVL All-Star and ice hockey team MVP honors…as a sophomore, earned the Coaches' Award in field hockey and Honorable Mention TVL All-Star accolades in ice hockey…named as the 2019 lacrosse team's Defensive MVP and picked as a TVL All-Star…2021 Holliston High School Representative for MIAA Girls and Women in Sports Day…listed on the Academic Honor Roll…played club for Gold Star Lacrosse…also suited up for the Assabet Valley Ice Hockey club program.
Community Service: Food pantry, religious services, youth ice hockey goalie coach, community nutrition internship, HHS Student Focus Group, and junior student advisory leader for incoming freshman.
Personal: Jenna Marie Shutt, daughter of Marie and William Shutt…has two sisters, Amanda and Danielle Shutt.
