2018-19: Started the indoor season at USM on December 15th and was the runner-up in the 400-meter dash (1:06.04)...  placed second in the 400-meter dash (1:06.05) at USM on January 5th... placed eighth in the 800-meter run (2:35.40) bested her own 400-meter dash record with a 1:04.80 time, good for fourth overall, and she also ran a leg for the Monks' 4x400-meter relay, set a new team mark with a 4:33.33 time and placed fourth at Bowdoin on January 12th... placed fifth in the 400-meter dash (1:04.95) at Bates on January 19th... placed eighth in the 400-meter dash (1:04.93) and finished third in the 4x400 meter relay (4:33.40) at Plymouth State University on February 2nd... at the Thomas Invite on February 9th VanDeMoere highlighted the event by winning the 400-meter dash with a program-record 1:04.06... finished third in the 400-meter dash, tying her program record with a 1:04.06 time and placed second in the 4x200 meter relay with a team-record 1:53.72 time at Bowdoin on February 16th... placed 15th in the 4x400-Meter Relay (4:23.79) at the Indoor NCAA Regional Meet on Febuary 25th... started the outdoor season at Bridgewater State on March 23rd was seventh in 400-Meter dash (1:05.74)... finished ninth in the 400-Meter dash (1:03.96) and 800-Meter run (2:38.80) on April 6th at the Jim Sheehan Memorial Meet... won the 400-Meter dash (1:03.76) at the Thomas College Invitational on April 14th... placed eighth in the 400-Meter dash (1:04.60) and broke the school record in the 4x400-Meter relay (4:33.23) at the Aloha Relays on April 20th... placed third in the 400-Meter dash (1:04.62) and in the 800-Meter run (2:34.99) also placed first in the 4x800-Meter relay breaking the school record (10:34.64) and finished fourth in the 4x400-Meter relay (4:40.81) at the GNAC Outdoor Championship on April 27th-28th... finished the season at the NCAA Regional meet running as one of four in the 4x400 meter relay breaking the school record by more than 11 seconds (4:22.49) placing 23rd overall on May 9th.

High School: Participated in four years of varsity cross country and track at Plymouth Regional High School, qualifying for the state championships in both sports all four years...voted as a junior and senior captain in track and cross country...listed on honor roll all four years...also participated in varsity nordic skiing and was voted as a junior and senior captain
