Senior outside hitter Jenna Ross (Centerburg, Ohio) slammed down 21 kills, including the 1,000th of her collegiate career, to lead the Saints past the Monks, 25-23, 22-25, 25-15, 25-19.

STANDISH, ME – Saint Joseph’s (18-11, 7-5 GNAC) suffered a 3-0 defeat at the hands of Framingham State University (19-10, 5-1 MASCAC) in a non-conference volleyball match on Friday night. The Rams bested the Monks by scores of 26-24, 25-16 and 25-20.
GORHAM, ME – Saint Joseph’s (18-10, 7-5 GNAC) toppled University of Southern Maine (0-21, 0-6 LEC), 3-0 (25-7, 25-7, 25-4), in a non-conference volleyball match on Thursday night. Sophomore Brooke Dyer (Lebanon, Maine/St. Thomas Aquinas) posted a spectacular .643 hitting percentage with nine kills and zero errors in 14 attacks in the win.
STANDISH, ME – Gordon College (13-14, 1-6 CCC) defeated Saint Joseph’s (17-10, 7-5 GNAC), 3-0 (25-15, 25-20, 25-22), in a non-conference volleyball match at the Harold Alfond Center on Tuesday night. Jordan Pelczar ’12 (Meredith, N.H.) recorded a team-high 23 digs in a losing effort.
