Jamie Wojtkiewicz, Senior, Swimming

Jamie Wojtkiewicz, Senior, Swimming

Jamie Wojtkiewicz is a senior two-year captain for the Saint Joseph’s women’s swimming team. Entering this season she had competed in 85 individual events with 25 victories and 19 runner-up finishes and has swum legs for all five of the Monks’ record relay teams.

Head Coach Rick Horr:

Jamie is one of the hardest workers in the pool day in and day out. She is always pushing herself to do her best whether it is in practice or a meet. She has been a constant contributor to our program from day one and is always willing to do anything she can to help the team. If that means swimming events she isn't particularly fond of or going in a certain position in a relay, she will always do it and do her best for the team.

There isn’t a day that goes by that I am not thankful for having her on this program. Her hard work and leadership by example is immeasurable and will be truly sad to see her graduate at the end of this year. In anything she chooses in life - if she works half as hard as she does for this team, she will be successful.
