Liz Theberge recently completed her second year as a member of the St. Joe's women's soccer team. Theberge, a 2007 All-Conference First Team recipient as a freshman, has helped the Lady Monks post a 29-7-4 (.806) record in her two seasons donning the Royal Blue. After netting five goals and four assists as a rookie, Theberge was asked to play a pivotal role as the center back her sophomore year and anchored an SJC defense that allowed 1.42 goals per game and posted 10 shutouts.

Coach Michael Bolanz '00 on Liz:

"Liz is a great contributor to this team. She is a versatile player who came up big for us this past season when we asked her to play in the back. She is a strong, tough player who defends well and is able to distribute the ball as we get into our attack. She is a valuable member of this team and we look forward to having her for the next two years."

Why did you choose Saint Joseph's College?
