2011-12 NCAA Statistics Ranking Recap

STANDISH, ME – With the spring championships in the books, the 2011-12 NCAA DIII final statistical rankings are now available and seven SJC teams and nine individual Monks athletes finished in the top 25 in various categories. In all, the seven programs accounted for 19 top-25 rankings while the nine individuals racked up 13 top-25 efforts last year.

Highlights of this list include six top-25 rankings for the Saint Joseph’s softball team; the SJC baseball team finishing the year with the second-highest winning percentage in the country – all NCAA levels; and field hockey standout Meaghan Johnson (Portland, Maine/Cheverus) capping her senior season ranked in the top-10 in a pair of important goalkeeping categories.
