STANDISH, ME - The 2013 SJC Golf Classic, played at the Spring Meadow Golf Club in Gray, Maine on Friday, September 13th, was a rousing success.
The number of alumni and friends returning to participate in the event numbered in the triple digits and, despite intermittent rain showers, everyone involved seemed to thoroughly enjoy the experience.
This year, all proceeds from the event - entry fees, corporate sponsorships, donations, etc. - will go towards the beginning phases for the construction of an SJC Athletics Hall of Fame Room in the Harold Alfond Center. Much more information to come on this exciting addition!
