Pratt Earns All-Tournament Honor

STANDISH, ME – Saint Joseph's College senior first baseman Mike Pratt (Dartmouth, Mass.) has been listed on the 2013 NCAA DIII New England Regional All-Tournament Team.

Pratt hit .636 (7-11) with a run and three RBI in three NCAA Tournament contests for the Monks, a stretch that included a pair of three-hit efforts for the senior slugger. He was 3-5 in a 4-3, 10-inning loss to Endicott College on Wednesday and went 3-4 with a pair of RBI in a 5-3 loss at the hands of Western New England University on Friday.

A 2013 First Team All-Conference honoree, Pratt hit .353 (53-150) with 30 runs, 12 doubles, six home runs and 49 RBI during his final collegiate campaign. He led the team in home runs and RBI and tied for the lead in runs scored this spring.

Saint Joseph's finished the 2013 season with a 31-14 record overall and a 13-3 mark in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) play under the watch of 21st-year Head Coach Will Sanborn '86. The Monks defeated Suffolk University in the GNAC Championship on April 28th to record the team's eighth conference title in the last nine seasons.
