Women Fall to Nor'easters, 188-70

STANDISH, ME – University of New England defeated Saint Joseph's College, 188-70, in women's swimming action at the Harold AlfondHarold Alfond Center Pool on Saturday afternoon.

Sophomore Anne Fougere (Warner, N.H.) highlighted the day for the Monks with victories in the 50-Breast (37.51) and 100-Breast (1:21.50) events while freshman Lauren Halvorsen (South Portland, Maine) placed second in the 200-Free (2:16.28) and 500-Free (6:07.38) races.

Sophomore Brooke Huberdeau (North Andover, Mass.) also posted a runner-up finish in the 100-Free (1:03.56) event.
