T.J. Bell was named as an assistant coach at Saint Joseph's College prior to the 2009 campaign. He serves as the Monks' defensive coordinator.

Bell played high school lacrosse as a defender for Mount Blue High School and went on to play collegiately at the University of Southern Maine. While there, Bell served three years as a team captain and was a four-year starter. He currently ranks as the program's career leader in games played.

Bell is currently the head coach of the Gorham High School lacrosse team and led the Rams to their highest regular season record (8-4)as well as the club's first-ever playoff victory in 2008. He served as an assistant coach at Gorham in 2006 & 2007 and was voted as Maine's Assistant Coach of the year by US Lacrosse and coached in the Maine Senior High School All Star game in 2007.

Bell also heads up a Maine Elite Lacrosse team and guided his players, drafted from a pool of New England's top lacrosse talent, to a championship in 2008.

Coach Bell graduated from USM in 2005 with a B.S. in Business Administration. He currently resides in Portland.
