2010-11: Participated in 26 individual events with a team-best 15 top finishes and broke four team records as a junior…also swam legs in 11 relay competitions, including the 200-Medley, 200-Free, 400-Free and 800-Free events in which the Monks set new team records…posted four new personal-best times during his third collegiate campaign, including the 200-IM (2:25.41) at Regis College on November 20th, the 50-Fly (27.22) and 100-Free (57.15) at Simmons College on January 22nd and the 100-IM (1:05.01) against Gordon College on February 5th…broke the team record in the 50-Back (27.75) versus Elms College on November 13th…broke another team mark, the 50-Free (25.30), in the exhibition against Simmons…broke the Monks’ record for the 200-Back (2:08.64) in the preliminary round of the NEISDA Championship and proceeded to place eighth, the highest finish by an SJC swimmer at the regional, in the finals…also placed 12th in the 100-Back with an SJC record 59.24 effort at the NEISDA’s…has participated in 63 individual events with 26 top finishes – both program highs - and eight runner-up efforts in three collegiate campaigns.

2009-10: Participated in eight meets…swam in 22 different events…set a team record in the 50 free with a time of 25.48 at Husson on 10/31/2009…personal record in the 200 back with a time of 2:16.11…personal best in the 100 back with a time of 1:00.35…season best 28.31 in the 50 back… personal best in the 100 IM with a time of 1:07.26…swam a leg for three relay teams that set team records in the 200 free, 400 free, and 800 free.

2008-09: Participated in eight meets...swam in 15 different events...set a personal best in 50 Free with a time of 25.60 at Husson University...personal best of 2:16.77 in the 200 back at the Men's NE Championships...at the Men's NE Championships set a personal best of 1:01.50 in the 100 back...set a personal best of 28:05 at the Men's NE Championships in the 50 back...set five program records and swam a leg for three program-record breaking relay teams.

High School: Participated in swimming as a freshman and sophomore at St. John's High School Shrewsbury...placed 13^th at the Massachusetts Division I State Meet in the 100-back...played two years of varsity baseball and varsity soccer at St. Lawrence High School...collected baseball MVP and Team Player honors as a senior...also played football.
