STANDISH, ME - The Great Northeast Athletic
Conference has announced its first Weekly Honor Roll selections for
the spring season, and three Lady Monks lacrosse players are on the
list.
Lauren Hagerman '10 (Scarborough,
ME), Amelia Santos '12 (Beverly,
MA) and Taylor Allison '12
(Pawtucket, RI) have been honored by the conference.
Hagerman tallied five goals, three assists, six
draw controls, four groundballs and four caused turnovers in the
Lady Monks' season-opening 18-10 victory over Becker College March
18th. Through two games, the junior leads the team with 12 points,
five assists, 17 draw controls and five caused turnovers.
In their first collegiate action, Santos netted
three goals and Allison made 12 saves between the
pipes for the Royal Blue in the March 18th victory over the Becker
College Hawks. Through two contests, Santos has
five goals and an assist and Allison has a 5.00
goals-against average along with a .643 save percentage.
St. Joe's, off to a 2-0 start, will travel to Boston, MA on
Saturday to take on GNAC Foe Emerson College in a 12:00 PM contest.
