STANDISH, Maine – The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) NCAA DIII All-Region teams have been released and Saint Joseph's College grad student Lydia Dexter (Oakland, Maine) has earned Second Team All-Pilgrim Region honors for the second consecutive season.

The three-time First Team All-GNAC honoree capped the 2023 campaign ranked fourth in NCAA DIII in points, fifth in goals, and 10th in points per game (6.55).
