Dana Gray originally from Harwich, MA, now lives in Dover, NH raising her three children with her husband, Dustin Gray. After attending Greensboro College from 1996-2000, playing soccer and lacrosse all four years, she continued her athletic career as a coach at a local high school in Greensboro, North Carolina. She then moved to Washington, DC in 2001 where she coached for 1 year at T.C. Williams in Alexandria, Virginia.

After moving to New Hampshire in 2004, she coached soccer at Dover High School and then Portsmouth High School, but her true coaching love was on the lacrosse field. Dana coached for Marshwood High School JV and then for 10 years at St. Thomas Aquinas High School as a Co-Head Coach for varsity with her husband. For the past five years, she has been coaching at Dover High School, where she has helped lead the team to improve their record by leaps and bounds every year. As a head coach, her teams have consistently made it to the postseason.

Coach Gray stepped into the club lacrosse world in 2018 as the Girls' Lacrosse Coordinator for Seacoast United Houlgans Lacrosse. While there she achieved her biggest goal for girls' lacrosse, helping to grow the program and develop a love of the game for future lacrosse generations. She believes in creating more opportunities for all ages and levels of girls' lacrosse players.

Dana Gray is excited to continue her coaching adventure and join the Saint Joseph's College lacrosse staff.
