Freeman Honored by Maine Women’s Basketball Coaches Association

Saint Joseph's College FY Carolyn Freeman (Scarborough, ME) was selected by the MWBCA as the Rookie of the Week for the week ending January 28, 2007. Freeman averaged 17.0 points, 3.5 rebounds and 3.5 steals in a pair of Monk wins. She had 18 points, five rebounds and three steals in a one-point win over Lyndon State, then posted 16 points and four steals in victory over Newbury. Freeman made five 3-pointers in the two games.
