STANDISH, ME - Saint Joseph's College will be recognizing past
members of the men's and women's basketball programs who have
reached the 1,000 point plateau during a Great Northeast Athletic
Conference doubleheader on Saturday, February 23rd. The
twenty-eight members of the men's basketball 1,000 Point Club will
be honored during halftime of the women's game versus Emmanuel
College, which is slated to begin at 1:00 PM. The eighteen members
of the women's basketball 1,000 Point Club will be recognized
during halftime of the 3:00 PM men's game versus Rivier College.
1,000 Point Club banners will be hung from the rafters of the
Alfond Center gymnasium during the respective ceremonies.
