FORT KENT, MAINE - Saint Joseph 's College (12-5) closed out the
trip to "the County" with a 72-56 victory over Maine-Fort Kent. The
Monks came out firing 47% from the field and went into half time up
41-23.
Seniors Matt Plummer (Naples, ME) and Chad Pulkkinen (Windham, ME)
both had 15 points and Noah LaRoche (Exeter, NH) had 14 points.
Junior Marcus Alexander (Niceville, FL) had 12 points.
Fort Kent 's Rytis Kriunas scored 21 points but St. Joe's connected
on 12 of 23 field goal attempts (52%) in the second half to seal
the victory.
The Monks' next challenge is the USM Huskies - Feb. 1 at 7:30 p.m.
