Standish, ME - The Monks battled visiting Maine-Farmington to a
2-overtime 0-0 tie today. The Monks stand at 2-4-1 overall and
1-2-0 GNAC while Farmington is 2-2-3.
Both squads had their chances with the Monks holding a 21-9
advantage in shots. SO Cory Smith (Ellsworth, ME)
had two saves for St. Joe's and JR Brian Lemont (Brunswick, ME) had
6 saves for Farmington.
The Monks host Rivier College on Saturday, September 29th at 3 PM
in a GNAC double-header with the women playing at 1 PM.
