Men's Soccer Secures Top Seed in GNAC Tournament

WINTHROP, Mass.  The 2021 GNAC Men's Soccer regular season wrapped up on Wednesday evening, setting the stage for this weekend's GNAC Tournament Quarterfinals, with top-seeded Saint Joseph's of Maine, second-seeded Norwich University, third-seeded Johnson & Wales University (RI), and fourth-seed Albertus Magnus College hosting on Saturday afternoon. 

The top seed Monks, which went an unblemished 12-0 in GNAC regular-season play, will take on eighth-seeded Colby-Sawyer College at 5PM. Without reseeding, that winner will face the winner of fifth-seeded University of Saint Joseph (CT) and Albertus Magnus in Tuesday's semifinals. 

On the other side of the bracket field, JWU will host sixth-seeded Regis College at 5PM and Norwich will welcome seventh-seeded Emmanuel College.

#8 Colby-Sawyer at #1 Saint Joseph's Maine - 5PM
#5 USJ at #4 Albertus - TBD
#6 Regis at #3 JWU - 5PM
#7 Emmanuel at #2 Norwich - TBD 

Semifinals - Tuesday, Nov. 2
1/8 winner vs 4/5 winner
3/6 winner vs 2/7 winner 

Championship - Saturday, Nov. 6
at highest remaining seed
