Gaulin Sets Three Team Marks in Collegiate Debut

BANGOR, ME – The SJC men's swim team participated in an exhibition meet at Husson University on Saturday afternoon. First-year swimmer Adam Gaulin (Belfast, ME) set three program records and swam a leg for the record-breaking 200-Medley relay team in the event.

Gaulin, a mid-year addition to the Monks' program, broke team records in the 100-Breast (1:06.25), 50-Fly (27.68) and 400-IM (4:59.42) in what was his first collegiate competition. Gaulin, Kevin Towne '12 (Shrewsbury, MA), Bryndon Page '14 (Windham, ME) and Thomas Smith '14 (New Hartford, CT) combined to register a 1:57.11 time in the 200-Medley relay.

Saint Joseph's will participate in the University of New England meet in Biddeford on Monday at 1:00 PM.
