2014-15: Competed in nine indoor events and a pair of outdoor events in his final collegiate season…opened the season with a runner-up finish in the 400-Meter (52.39) and a sixth-place effort in the 200-Meter (24.25) at Southern Maine on December 6th…posted a pair of third-place efforts with a 24.82 time in the 200-Meter and a 52.53 performance in the 400-Meter in the USM Open on January 4th…won the 400-Meter with a 51.75 effort at University of Southern Maine on January 31st…placed fifth in the 400-Meter (52.48) at the Maine State Championship on February 7th…competed in the NCAA DIII New England Championship as a member of the Monks’ distance medley, which placed 14th with an 11:13.25 time…placed seventh in the 200-Meter (23.94) and 11th in the 400-Meter at the Tufts Snowflake Classic on March 28th…posted a top finish in the 400-Meter (52.69) and a seventh-place effort in the 200-Meter (24.39) at Bowdoin College on April 4th…capped his collegiate career having competed in 41 individual events with three SJC indoor records (1000-Meter, 800-Meter and 600-Meter) and a pair of outdoor high-water marks (800-Meter and 400-Meter).

2013-14: Competed in six indoor events and five outdoor meets as a third-year runner…ran in a total of 15 individual events overall…opened the indoor season by placing second with a 51.19 in the 400-Meter Dash at Bowdoin on December 7th…set a new program record with a 1:59.59 effort in the 800-Meter Run at the 2014 Maine State Championship on February 1st…placed 13th in the 400-Meter Dash (51.49) at the NCAA DIII New England Championship on February 22nd…kicked off the outdoor season by setting another team record with a 1:59.53 time in the 800-Meter Run at the Snowflake Classic on March 29th…notched the third top finish of his SJC career with a 2:02.40 time in the 800 at Wesleyan on April 5th…competed in a pair of events at the Maine State Championship on April 19th, placing fourth in the 400-Meter Dash (51.61) and eighth in the 200-Meter Dash (23.99)…capped the year with a fourth-place effort in the 400 (51.61) and an eighth-place time in the 200-Meter Dash (23.99). 

2012-13: Competed in four indoor events and five outdoor meets as a junior…won the 800-meter run with a 2:01.52 effort at Bowdoin College on December 8th…the time stood as a program record at season’s end…notched a team-record 2:40.39 effort and placed fourth in the 1000-meter run at Bates College on January 19th…posted a 52.43 time and placed third in the 400-meter dash at Southern Maine a week later…capped the indoor season with a 10th-place finish in the 800-meter run (2:05.07) at the Maine State Indoor Championship on February 2nd…kicked off the outdoor season with a top finish in the 400-meter dash (52.47) at Mount Holyoke on March 30th…placed sixth in the 400-meter (52.14) at Fitchburg State a week later…posted a ninth-place time in the 400-meter (52.05) in the Maine State Outdoor Championship on April 20th…set the 400-meter dash program record with a 52.02 time and third-place finish at the Pride Invitational on April 28th.

High School: Competed in cross country and track & field at Lewiston High School for Head Coach Dave Castro…earned four letters in each sport…helped the Blue Devils to the 2007 Class “A” State Championship as a sophomore and a runner-up finish as a junior in 2008…on the track, medaled at the Maine Outdoor Class “A” State Championships in each of his final two years…as a senior, was second in the 800-meter dash before placing sixth in the 1000 meters at the 2010 New England Championships…took third in the 800 meters at the 2009 Class “A” Championship meet…during the indoor season, finished fourth in the 800 meters at the 2010 Class “A” Championships…holds the school-record in the 800 meters (1:56.57)

Before St. Joe’s: Competed in one meet as a freshman at NCAA DI institution at Wagner College in Staten Island, New York…finished seventh on the team and 74th overall at the NEC Championship, recording a time of 29:38.7.
