2014-15: Competed in one indoor event placing 12th in the 600 meter run with a time of 1:34.51 on December 6 at the USM Invitational I.

2013-14: Ran in four indoor meets and four outdoor events as a junior…opened the indoor season with a 10th-place finish in the 800-Meter run (2:24.69) at the Bates College Invitational on January 18th…placed 13th in the 600-Meter run (1:35.50) at Bowdoin College a week later and was 13th again with a 1:35.85 effort at the Maine State Championship on February 1st…also placed 16th in the long jump (5.11m) at the State Championship…posted the first outdoor top-10 performance with a sixth-place effort (5.53m) at the Wesleyan University Classic on April 5th. 

2012-13: Ran in five meets as a sophomore…started the year with a seventh-place finish in the 800-meter run (2:31.85) at Bowdoin College on December 8th…placed ninth in the 600-meter run (1:47.49) at Southern Maine on January 5th…posted a pair of personal-bests in the 200-meter (26.48) and 400-meter (58.87) at Southern Maine on January 26th…closed out the indoor campaign with a 21st-place finish in the 400-meter dash (59.68) at the Maine State Indoor Championship on February 2nd.

High School: Ran three years of Cross Country for Shaun Totman at Cony High School making the state meet with the varsity team each year...ran indoor track under Taylor Harmon and outdoor track under Shaun Totman for three years...qualified in the 800 for the KVAC meet in indoor and took 5th place with a 2:08 effort.
