2013-14: Ran in four indoor meets and fouroutdoor events as a sophomore…started the indoor campaignwith a 12th-place finish in the 3000-Meter run (10:44.32) at BatesCollege on January 18th…managed to cut over 30 seconds offhis time in the aforementioned race and finished 20th with a10:10.94 time at the Maine State Championship two weekslater…ran exclusively in the 3000-Meter steeplechase eventduring the outdoor season and posted a personal-best 11:03.55 time,good for fourth overall, at the Wesleyan University Classic onApril 5th…capped the year with a sixth-place finish in thesteeplechase (11:09.66) event at Regis College on April 27th.

2012-13: Participated in five indoor meets andfour outdoor events as a sophomore…began the indoor seasonwith a sixth-place finish in the 600-meter run (1:43.16) at BowdoinCollege on December 8th…set a program record in the3000-meter run with an 11:20.25 time in the 3000-meter run atSouthern Maine on January 5th…placed 10th in the event thatday…was seventh in the 600-meter (1:41.72) at Southern Maineon January 26th…competed in a pair of events – the400-meter (1:02.49) and 1000-meter run (3:15.59) at the Maine StateIndoor Championship on February 2nd…kicked off the outdoorseason with an 18th-place finish in the 800-meter run at MountHolyoke on March 30th…posted a personal-best 2:21.72 time inthe 800-meter at the Springtime Invitational at Brown University onApril 13th…finished fourth with a team-record 11:55.29 timein the 3000-meter steeplechase at the Pride Invitational on April28th.
