2014-15: Ran in six indoor meets and four outdoor events as a junior…placed seventh in the 400-Meter (56.76) and 12th in the 200-Meter (25.19) at Southern Maine on December 6th…was fourth in the 200-Meter (25.33) and sixth in the 400-Meter (57.44) at USM on January 4th…placed fifth in the 400-Meter (57.00) at Bates College on January 17th…finished 17th in the 400-Meter (55.73) at the Maine State Championship on February 7th…began the outdoor season by running in the 200-Meter (25.28, 22nd) and 400-Meter (59.26, 40th) at the Tufts University Snowflake Classic on March 28th…finished eighth in the 200-Meter (24.89) and ninth in the 400-Meter (57.03) at Bowdoin College on April 4th…posted a 12th-place finish with a 54.21 time in the 400-Meter at the Maine State Outdoor Championship on April 18th.

2013-14: Participated in five indoor events and three outdoor meets as a sophomore…opened the season by placing eighth in the 400-Meter (57.36) and 10th in the 200-Meter (26.04) at Bowdoin College on December 13th…finished ninth in the 600-Meter (1:39.15) at Bates College on January 18th…competed in a pair of events at the Outdoor Maine State Championship on April 19th, placing 16th in the 400-Meter (56.66) and 19th in the 200-Meter (25.08).

2012-13: Ran in four indoor meets and four outdoor events as a freshman…kicked off his NCAA career by placing 17th in the 200-Meter dash (27.88) and 19th in the 60-Meter dash (8.67) at Bowdoin College on December 8th…posted a sixth-place finish in the 600-Meter run (1:41.46) at Southern Maine on January 26th…placed 10th in the 400-Meter dash (56.42) at Regis College on April 27th.

High School: Ran two years of track and field and one year of indoor track at Xaverian Brothers High School for Chris Heaton...broke 60 seconds his sophomore year in the 400 meter race...also played football.
