McDevitt Honored by GNAC & MWBCA

STANDISH, ME - Saint Joseph's sophomore guard Megan McDevitt (Cumberland, ME) has been listed on the Great Northeast Athletic Conference and Maine Women's Basketball Coaches Association weekly honor rolls.

During the 1/25-1/31 reporting week, McDevitt shot 55% from the floor, 46% from beyond the arc and 86% from the line while averaging 16.5 PPG and 5.5 RPG in a pair of SJC victories. She scored 18 with 7 rebounds against St. Joseph (Conn.) on January 28th and netted 15 points with 4 caroms and 3 helpers against Albertus Magnus on January 30th. For McDevitt, the MWBCA Weekly Honor Roll selection is her second of the season.

  • Casey Drake '11 (Lebanon, NH) is 4th in Maine with 3.6 assists per game
  • Allie Parent '12 (Camden, ME) ranks 5th in assists (3.5 APG) and 6th in steals (2.2 SPG)
  • McDevitt ranks 6th in three-point efficiency with a 39% (32-82) success rate
  • Meghan Daigle '10 (Grantham, NH) is 9th in FG% (48.3%, 72-149), 14th in scoring (11.9 PPG) and 16th in rebounding (6.0 RPG)
