STANDISH, Maine – Weekly accolades have been released and Saint Joseph's College junior guard Hannah Marks (Waldoboro, Maine) has been named as the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) and Maine Women's Basketball Coaches Association (MWBCA) Player of the Week.

In just 26 minutes of action in an 80-63 victory over Husson on Sunday afternoon, Marks netted a career-high 30 points on 9-of-14 shooting, including 7-of-10 from three. The guard also helped the Monks break the team's single-game three-point record (14) and was 5-of-5 from the free-throw line with five rebounds in the battle featuring a pair of 2017 NCAA Tournament participants.

Through 10 games for the 9-1 Monks, Marks is averaging 10.8 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 1.0 assists per contest and leads the team with a 42.9% (21-49) three-point shooting percentage. She also ranks third in the conference in three-pointers made (21) and fifth in shooting percentage from beyond the arc. For Marks, the Player of the Week honors count as the first of her collegiate career.

In 68 career games, Marks has scored 454 points with 241 rebounds, 73 assists, and 44 steals with shooting percentages of 35.3% (142-402), 33.8% (79-234), and 75.8% (91-120) from the field, three-point distance, and the free throw line, respectively.

Saint Joseph's resumes GNAC play Saturday with a 1:00 PM contest at Norwich University.
