Rookie of the Week: Kat Simoes, St. Joseph's College (Maine)

Simoes helped the Monks advance to the ECAC finals for the first time in school history with a pair of wins. In the opening round against Wheaton, the rookie goalkeeper made five saves in regulation and then two in the strokeoff to lead the Monks to victory. In the semifinals, Simoes posted a shutout against Plymouth State and then allowed only one goal in the title game.
