ON THIS DATE - Hendrix Named GNAC & ECAC Co-Player of the Week

On September 29th, 2014, Saint Joseph's College senior midfielder Theresa Hendrix (Scarborough, Maine/Cheverus) claimed ECAC DIII New England Offensive Co-Player of the Week and Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Player of the Week accolades.

Hendrix netted a pair of goals with three assists for seven total points during a 3-0 week for the Monks. She was credited with two assists in a 4-0 triumph over Salem State University and potted the team's only marker in a 1-0 victory over University of Southern Maine two days later. She closed out the week by scoring both of the Monks' goals in a 2-0 win against Lasell College.

Hendrix shares the Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) regional weekly award with former high school teammate Emily Sawchuck (Cumberland, Maine/Cheverus), a senior forward for Endicott College who totaled four goals and two assists for 10 points last week.
