McCluskey, Dubuc, & Walker Garner National Academic Honors

BROCKPORT, N.Y. – Saint Joseph's College junior Emma Dubuc (Burlington, Vt.) and sophomores Molly McCluskey (Orono, Maine) and Anna Walker (Scarborough, Maine) have earned 2020 NFHCA Division III Scholars of Distinction accolades, as announced by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) earlier this week.

McCluskey, a nursing major at Saint Joseph's, collects the high academic honor for the second-consecutive year while Dubuc and Walker are first-time recipients of the national academic award.

This year, over 450 student-athletes have been recognized as NFHCA Division III Scholars of Distinction, a program that recognizes student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative grade-point average of 3.9 or higher through the first semester of the 2020-21 academic year.

Massachusetts Institute of Technology placed the most student-athletes on the Scholars of Distinction list this year, with 11 honorees.
