Megan Entwistle was hired as an assistant coach prior to the start of the 2011 campaign.  

Entwistle attended Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Mass. where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Health and the Environment. She went on to gain a Masters Degree in Public Administration, with concentrations in Criminal Justice and Health and Social Policy, from the University of Oregon.

While at Mount Holyoke, Entwistle participated as a member of the Lyons’ field hockey team for four seasons and was a two-year team captain. A standout out player, she also garnered First Team All-Conference honors and was selected as the New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Player of the Week while playing at the collegiate level.

Entwistle joined the coaching ranks last fall when she served as the junior varsity coach for the field hockey program at McAuley High School in Portland, Maine.

Coach Entwistle currently resides in Portland.
