2012-13: Participated in all nine of the team’s meets and raced in 24 individual events… also swam legs in 13 different relay events during his junior campaign… Posted 8 runner up efforts for the Monks this season the first of which coming against Elms on 11/10/12 in the 50 Breast with a time of 32.36, posted a trifecta against Regis on 11/17/12 in the 200 Individual Medley, 100 and 50 Breast with times of 2:23.69, 1:11.74, and 32.72 respectfully, on 1/13/13 Versus University of New England with a time of 5:42.21 in the 500 free, also posted another trifecta versus Gordon on 2/2/13 in the 1000 Free, 100 and 50 Breast with times of 11:42.20, 1:12.54, and 32.55 respectfully… At Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Championship on December 1st and 2nd at Simmons College posted a 5th place finish in the 1650 Free with a time of 19:28.92, also registered 8th (1:15.23) and 7th (32.72) place finishes in the 100 and 50 Breast respectfully… In the New England Intercollegiate Swimming and Diving Association Championship in early February posted two top 16 finishes in the 1650 Free (19:17.99) placing 13th and the 100 Individual Medley (1:01.85) placing 11th , also help round out relay teams in the 200 Free Relay placing 10th with a time of 1:36.62, 800 Free Relay which placed 8th with a time of 7:49.13.

2011-12: Appeared in all nine of the Monks’ meets as a sophomore…swam in 30 individual events and 13 relay races…registered one top finish and seven runner-up efforts…posted a trio of runner-up finishes versus Regis College on November 19th…tallied a top finish in the 100 Breast (1:11.99) and two second-place efforts against University of New England on January 16th…competed in three NEISDA prelims and three relay events at the New England meet…helped the Royal Blue set new team records in all three NEISDA relay races in which he competed – the 200 Free (1:35.27), 400 Free (3:26.00), and 800 Free (7:46.32) events…set new personal-bests in six events and heads into his junior season having competed in 51 races, the second-highest total in program history…also ranks second in the SJC swimming annals in both victories (8) and runner-up finishes (10). 

2010-11: Swam in 21 individual events and 15 relay races as a freshman…recorded 11 victories and posted three team-record times…also swam legs for all four of the SJC relay squads that bested team records…notched victories in the 500-Free (5:49.55), 200-Free (2:03.97) and 100-Free (58.06) in his first collegiate meet versus Husson on October 30th…won the 500-Free (5:33.27) and broke the team record with a runner-up finish in the 200-Free (1:59.30) against Elms College on November 13th…won the 500-Free (5:33.24) again and added another top finish with a new team-record time of 11:22.51 in the 1000-Free at Regis College on November 20th…won both of his events, the 500-Free (5:36.17) and 200-Free (2:03.28) at Husson on January 15th…added a victory in the 500-Free (5:34.52) and a runner-up performance in the 200-Free (2:01.45) versus UNE on January 17th…notched three victories (500-Free, 5:47.10; 200-Free, 2:03.11; 100-Free, 54.69) in a hardfought loss to Gordon College on February 5th…set a team record with a 30.80 time in the prelim of the 50-Breast at the NEISDA Championship in February…advanced to the finals in the competition, where he placed 13th with a 30.99 effort.

High School: Participated in four years of varsity swimming for Mark Michelson and Mary Dimauro at Northwestern Regional High School...made the state finals for Connecticut Men's Swimming Championships in three of those years...placed 13th in the 200 freestyle at CT Men's Swimming Finals...was named as a team captain and received the Mary and Ken Chichester Mighty Highlander Swimming Award as a senior...also earned Scholar Athlete and Sportsmanship honors.
