2014-15: Competed in eight indoor meets as a sophomore…established new program records in the 5000-Meter (16:14.76), 2 Mile (10:20.51), 3000-Meter (9:21.89) and 1 Mile (4:38.01) events…won the 5000-Meter (16:30.25) at the USM Open on January 4th…placed fourth in the 5000 with his team record time at Bowdoin College on January 24th…set the 3000-Meter record with a third-place finish at Southern Maine a week later…broke the team’s 1 Mile record at the Boston University David Valentine Invitational on February 13th…competed as a member of the Monks’ Distance Medley quartet at the New England DIII Championship on February 21st and helped the squad place 14th with a team-record 11:13.25 effort.

2013-14: Ran in three indoor and four outdoor meets as a freshman…began his track & field career by placing 13th in the 1000-Meter (2:56.16) at Bates College on January 18th…finished 15th with a 2:52.23 effort in the same event at Bowdoin College a week later…registered a sixth-place finish in the 800-Meter (2:11.74) along with a 10th-place effort in the 1500-Meter (4:24.41) at the Wesleyan University Classic on April 5th…finished the season with a program-record time (4:23.59) in the 1500-Meter at Regis College on April 27th.

High School: Ran four years of cross-country for Winslow High School…during his senior year at the State Championships he placed 6th in the mile and 7th in the two mile…won the Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Championship his junior year…also ran varsity two years in indoor track and ran varsity three years in outdoor track…played one year of freshman basketball, one year of junior varsity basketball and one year of junior varsity baseball.
