NEW LONDON, CT - The Saint Joseph's College Men's Cross Country
team participated in the 2007 NCAA Div 3 Cross Country Regional
Championships on Saturday, 11/10. The men placed 32nd out of 47
teams, with a total of 958 points in the 8K race.
JR Ryan Prescott (Pittsfield, NH) was the Monks top runner and
finished in 77th (26:15) out of 330 total runners. Prescott was the
top GNAC finisher in the race. Teammate FY Jake McNeill (Bath, ME)
completed the race in 183rd (28:19) place and was the second St.
Joe's runner to finish. McNeill also had the 2nd best time for a
GNAC rookie runner behind Norwich's FY Zach Chorney (155, 27:42).
Monks SO Jeremy Allen (Rutland, VT) was 191st (28:29) and the 3rd
St. Joe's runner to cross the finish line.
