2010: Ran in four meets as a senior…toured the SJC 8K course in 37:55 to place 66th overall in the GNAC Championship on October 30th…participated in 14 events in his career at Saint Josephs.

2009: Participated in all 10 events...ran a 36:41 in his first career race, the UNE Invitational on September 12th, finishing 82nd overall...ran a career best 34:40 at the Rivier invite on September 25th...finished as one of the Monks top five runners three times...averaged a 7:25 mile.

High School: Ran three years of varsity cross country at Barnstable High School, winning the Division I OCL championship every year.
