2012: Ran in six races as a junior…posted a season-best 8K effort with a 34:34 time in the GNAC Championship on October 27th.

2010: Ran in six events as a rookie runner…placed 38th with a 27:31 performance in his first NCAA meet – the UMF Invitational on September 4th…posted a season-best 33:10 time and placed 46th overall in the GNAC Championship on October 30th.

High School: Ran cross country for three years at Windham High School...also  was a member of the swim team for four years and named as a team captain in three of those seasons....ran outdoor track for two years and played lacrosse for one year as well.
