2014: Competed in eight events during his senior season…recorded his best 8K time of the year with a 34:11 effort in the UMass.-Dartmouth Invitational on September 20th…ran in four championship meets…placed 49th out of 147 runners with a 34:58 performance in the GNAC Championship, which was hosted by Saint Joseph’s College on November 1st…placed 348th with a 34:59 time in his final collegiate event – the NCAA DIII New England Championship on November 15th…competed in 25 events during his college career.

2013: Ran in nine events as a junior…opened the season with a 28:47 effort and placed 30th overall versus University of New England on the SJC course on August 31st…raced in the GNAC Championship with a 35:29 time, good for 57th overall, on November 2nd…capped the season with his best time, a 32:44 performance, to place 290th in the NCAA DIII New England Championship on November 16th.

2012: Competed in one meet as a sophomore…placed 25th (28:49) in the Monks’ head to head 6K race versus University of New England in Standish on September 1st.

2011: Ran in five meets as a freshman…finished as the third SJC runner in all five competitions in which he competed…placed 31st out of 49 athletes with a 25:44 time in the 6K UMF Invitational on September 3rd, his first NCAA meet…posted his best performance of the season when he finished 32nd out of 100 runners with a 30:12 effort in the 2011 GNAC Championship on October 29th. 

High School: Ran three years of Cross Country for Shaun Totman at Cony High School making the state meet with the varsity team each year...ran indoor track under Taylor Harmon and outdoor track under Shaun Totman for three years...qualified in the 800 for the KVAC meet in indoor and took 5th place with a 2:08 effort.
