Fisher Nabs Fifth GNAC Rookie of the Week Honor

STANDISH, Maine – The GNAC weekly honors have been released and Saint Joseph's College freshman Lucas Fisher (Strafford, N.H.) has been selected as the GNAC Rookie of the Week for the fifth time this fall.

Fisher, the 2014 GNAC Men's Cross Country Rookie of the Year, placed 131st out of 303 runners with a 28:20 performance in the 2014 ECAC DIII Championship in Westfield, Mass. on Saturday.

Saint Joseph's concludes the 2014 season with an appearance in the NCAA DIII New England Regional Championship at Mt. Greyock High School in Williamstown, Mass. on Saturday.
