2014: Ran in one event as a junior…placed 36th with a 31:51 time in the Monks Early Bird 6K on August 30th.

2012: Raced in all nine of the Monks’ events as a freshman…kicked off his collegiate career with a 25:43 effort in the team’s head to head 6K race versus University of New England in Standish on September 1st…finished 21st overall and was the fifth SJC runner to cross the finish line that day…finished 72nd with a 37:02 performance in the UNE Invitational a week later…posted his lowest 8K time of the season with a 32:07 effort in the Rivier University Invitational on September 21st…placed 63rd overall and was fifth for the Monks that day…went on to place 139th with a 33:36 time in the 2012 Maine State Championship on October 13th…ran well at the GNAC Championship, posting a 33:17 effort and subsequent 66th-place performance at Rivier on October 27th…also ran in the ECAC and NCAA Regional Championship events.

High School: Played four years of varsity football for Aaron Filieo at Cape Elizabeth High School...earned All-Conference Honorable Mention accolades and the team’s Senior Braveheart Award his senior year...ran track his junior and senior years for Doug Worthley...placed 7th in the State of Maine in the 200m dash and anchored for a 4x200m relay team, which placed 2nd in the State of Maine…received Rookie of the Year honors his junior year and was an All-Conference selection as well as the team’s Spirit Award recipient as a senior.
