High School: Ran four years of varsity track for George McCabe at East Bridgewater High School...MIAA All-Star as a junior...captain for the soccer team and indoor and outdoor track teams...NHS Officer for two years.

2018: Raced in all seven events...placed 37th on September 8th at UNE (8k) with a time of 32:36...at the Maine State Meet Invitational (8k) he finshed with a time of 31:38 coming in 154th on September 29th...ran for a time of 32:42 a week later at the Runnin' Monks Invitational (8k) placing 35th…on October 13th at the Green Mountain College Invitational (8k) he came in 24th out of 64 runners in 31:14 

2017: Raced in six of the seven events as a freshman…kicked off his career with a 38th place finish on September 2nd at the UMF Invitational (5k) with a time of 20:22…at the Bowdoin Invitational (8k) on September 16th he raced to a 74th place finish with a time of 32:32…at the Purple Valley Classic (8k) on September 23rd he finished 318th with a 35:11 time…at the Maine State Meet (8k) held at Bowdoin College he raced to a 100th place finish with a time of 32:37…at the GNAC Championship (8k) race held on October 28th he finished 41st with a tome of 32:11…in the New England Championship race (8k) on November 11th he finished with a time of 32:34 which was good for 305th.
