2023: Appeared in 16 games with 4 starts as a freshman midfielder... tallied seven goals, two assists, eight ground balls, one draw control and three caused turnovers…netted two goals, one assist, and picked up two ground balls in a win on April 1st against Albertus Magnus…two games later scored one goal, one assist and collected two ground balls against Elms College on April 8th.

Why Saint Joseph's? It was the best fit for me for academics and athletics.         

High School: Played lacrosse at Minisink Valley High School…was a four year varsity athlete… won Section IX Championship in 2021, and runner up in 2022…was listed on the honor roll all four years…played club for Yellow Jackets North for a year.

Community Service: Made meals for the elderly during Covid 19, helped with highway clean up and worked in the concession stand at wrestling meets.

Personal: Sophia Arlene Burton, daughter of Elaina and Scott Burton…has two siblings Ryan and Ava Burton.
