Six SJC Women's Alpine Skiers Earn All-Reynolds Division Honors

STANDISH, Maine – The 2024 United States Collegiate Ski & Snowboard Association (USCSA) Reynolds Division regular season is officially complete and six Saint Joseph's College women's alpine skiers have claimed All-Reynolds Division honors.

Junior Maddie Zordan (New Hartford, Conn.) and senior Courtney Pingree (Marblehead, Mass.) have secured First Team All-Reynolds Division accolades while seniors Erica Irvin (Windham, N.H.) and Maeghan Perkins (Turner, Maine), sophomore Sienna Mack (Lincoln, N.H.), and freshman Hannah Golden (Concord, N.H.) have earned Second Team honors.

Zordan earns First Team All-Division acclaim for the third-consecutive season after registering six podium finishes, including a slalom victory at Titcomb Mountain last Sunday, during her junior season. She finished second in the Reynolds Division with 505 individual points and notched three runner-up finishes this winter.

Pingree also claims First-Team honors for the third year in a row after posting five podium performances – two runner-up times and a pair of third-place performances – for 455 points, the fourth-highest total in the division this season.

Irvin, a two-time First Team All-Division honoree, takes home Second Team accolades after totaling 267 points, the seventh-highest total in the Reynolds Division, during the 2024 campaign. With this year's honor, Irvin becomes the first SJC women's alpine skier to be named All-Division four times.

Perkins earns Second Team All-Division for the third-straight season after recording 261 points during her senior season. Along with junior Lillian Souweine (Bangor, Maine), she was one of two SJC skiers to finish all nine of the Monks' races this winter.

Mack secured her first All-Division nod after placing ninth individually among Reynolds skiers with 225 points. The sophomore finished every race except one and recorded a pair of sixth-place efforts this winter.

Golden rounds out the Monks' group of All-Division honorees after registering 195 points as a freshman. She ranked 10th in the division in points, finished all but one race, and posted a sixth-place performance in a slalom event at Pats Peak on February 3rd.

Sunday's races at Titcomb Mountain concluded the Reynolds Division regular season and, for the third time in the last four years, Saint Joseph's brought home the Ricker Cup, which is awarded annually to the top combined men's and women's program in the USCSA Reynolds Division.

Led by sixth-year Head Coach Margot Cosentino, the SJC women finished the regular season atop the Reynolds Division standings for the third time in the last four years while the men finished second in the league. For the third-consecutive season, both SJC teams will compete in the USCSCA Regionals, which take place next Saturday (giant slalom) and Sunday (slalom) at Sugarloaf.
