Monks Suffer Pair of GNAC Setbacks

NORTHFIELD, Vt. – Saint Joseph's College (6-13, 3-2 GNAC) suffered a pair of losses in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) women's volleyball action at Norwich University on Saturday. The Monks fell to Rivier University (9-5, 6-0 GNAC), 3-0 (25-12, 25-9, 25-15), and the host-Cadets (7-6, 1-4 GNAC), 3-0 (25-13, 25-18, 25-15), in the conference tri-match.

  • Holden tallied five kills, eight assists, and 10 digs
  • McMullen contributed five kills and a pair of block assists
  • Burns posted nine digs
  • Senior Sarah Quinn (Dover, N.H.) added three kills, five digs, two assists, and a pair of block assists

Saint Joseph's will play at Anna Maria College on Tuesday in a GNAC match scheduled to begin at 6:00 PM.
