Michael Johnston '74

Michael Johnston '74 was a pioneer for the athletic department, having played on five different teams. He played on the first golf team, ran cross-country, played tennis, was a starting outfielder on the baseball team and was best known as a basketball player. In that sport he started every game for four years, was Saint Joseph's first 1000-point scorer, having finished his career with 1452. In 1974, Mike was chosen as an All-America Honorable Mention.
