A two-sport standout for the Saint Joseph’s volleyball and softball programs, Rodgers claimed numerous accolades during her collegiate career

In volleyball, received MAIAW All-State honors in 1990 and 1993 and was a NAIA District 5 All-District team selection in 1991, 1992 and 1993

In softball, ranked among the program's career leaders – at the time of her induction - in batting average (.391, 155-396), runs (120), doubles (22), triples (10) and RBI (124) and collected NAIA All-District honors on three occasions, named All-State twice, and earned All-Conference recognition in 1993

Helped lead the softball program to four NAIA District 5 Championships, three conference titles and an NAIA Northeast crown with a 101-33 (.754) overall record
