A three-year member of the Saint Joseph’s basketball program, Taliento was the fourth player in team history to reach the 1,000 point plateau with 1,063 career points

As a senior, recorded one of the finest seasons in program history, averaging 22.9 points per game with 215 rebounds, 91 steals, 209 field goals made, 109 free throws made and 527 total points and earned All-District, All-State and All-Conference accolades for her efforts

Several of her 1985 totals ranked high on the Saint Joseph’s single-season leaderboard at the time of her induction, as she remained atop the field goal attempts (527) list and was third in field goals made, fourth in scoring average and fifth in points
