STANDISH, ME - Saint Joseph 's College senior
Derek McIntosh (Auburn, ME) was
named baseball player of the week for the week of 4/11/05 in the
North Atlantic Conference.
McIntosh went 14 for 24 from the plate in a 5-3 week. He had 13
runs, 12 RBI's, 5 walks and 4 home runs, including two against NAC
foe Thomas College.
Saint Joseph 's College is in its first year of competition in the
NAC. Member schools include: Bay Path, Becker, Castleton State,
Elms, Husson, Johnson State, Lasell, Lesley, Maine Maritime, Maine
Farmington, Mount Ida, Thomas and Wheelock College.
The Monks stand at 11-7 overall, and 2-0 in conference play.
